WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff maintains offices in Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, providing a wide range of services in such areas as transportation design and construction; water resources; structural and mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering for buildings; and environmental and energy services.
